As we kick off a brand-new year, we wanted to share some of our big goals for 2025. We’ve been dreaming, planning, and working hard to make this year the best one yet – not just for us, but for everyone who’s a part of this journey with us.
We’re putting these goals out there so you know where we’re going and, hopefully, can be part of it too.
Maybe you’ll cheer us on, maybe you’ll jump in and join us, or maybe this will inspire you to chase your own glamping dreams this year. Sharing these also helps keep us on track (you can totally call us out if we slack off!).

Our Big Goals for 2025
Here’s what we’re aiming for this year. We’re keeping things simple, but these are the big dreams we’re chasing:
- Grow the Ferncrest Family
We want to help more people start their own Ferncrest glampgrounds. Our goal is to have 10 Ferncrest locations open or being built by the end of the year. If you want to be part of this, please reach out asap!
- 2X the Amount of Glamping Gear We Send To People
We’re planning to sell twice as much gear as last year. That means more awesome dome tents, hot tubs, and everything people need to start their glamping business. Keep your eyes peeled for our next Dome Tent Event where we can help you get some great gear.
- Teach More People About Glamping
We’d love to have a total of 300 people in our GlampLaunch Accelerator program by the end of the year (currently at 95). Also, we are hosting this year’s first FREE Glampground Startup Challenge on January 21. It’s all about helping people like you turn their glamping dreams into reality.
- Share More Stories and Content
We’ve long been active on Instagram and FB with our short videos. But we have started to see the need for more in-depth, longer videos… and therefore, YouTube will become our primary focus in 2025. Our goal is to get to 100,000 subscribers on YouTube this year (currently only at 6,000). It’s all about sharing our journey, tips, and lessons to help others along the way. Want to help? - Make Ferncrest Even Better
We’re always looking to improve. This year, we plan to add 4 more dome tents to our original Promised Land location to get it to a total of 25 glamping sites.
- Give Back to the Community
Supporting local organizations and giving back is really important to us. We want to partner with more groups and keep making a difference where we can. Last year we donated to Hurricane Helene relief, and this year we plan to donate at least $10,000 to worthy causes we believe in.
